Chef Momma Ree
A master chef with over 45 years of rich culinary experience and a deep-seated passion for excellence in back-of-house operations. Classically trained from a young age by her mother, a catering chef, and her father, a military and professional chef, Earlrethia developed her foundational skills and dedication to quality early on. Her formal culinary journey included training at Zeke’s Landing in Orange Beach, AL, under Chef Simmon, and she has since held prestigious roles, including Executive Chef at the Holiday Inn in Tillmans Corner, AL, and at The Marietta Living Center in Marietta, GA. Most recently, Earlrethia served as Head of BOH Operations at City View Sports Bar & Bistro in Mableton, GA.
Beyond her culinary skills, Earlrethia brings specialized knowledge in medical dietary planning and safety, holding certifications in Serve Safe Management as well as first aid and CPR. A strong advocate for fresh, farm-to-table ingredients, she is an avid grower and prides herself on bringing natural, seasonal ingredients to her dishes. With decades of experience and a profound commitment to her craft, Earlrethia continues to elevate the culinary experiences she offers, blending tradition, expertise, and a passion for quality in every role.

I bring over four years of culinary experience across a variety of kitchen settings. I am eager to share my skills and passion for cooking with the community.
Throughout my culinary journey, I have developed expertise in multiple areas of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, team leadership, and inventory management. I thrive in high-pressure environments where creativity, attention to detail, and efficiency are essential. I have successfully crafted and implemented menus that highlight seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, accommodating a diverse range of dietary preferences.
I have played a pivotal role in revamping menus that led to a 20% increase in customer satisfaction and a significant improvement in online reviews. I take pride in my ability to innovate while respecting classic culinary techniques, ensuring that every dish not only meets but also exceeds guest expectations. Additionally, I am dedicated to upholding high standards of food safety and cleanliness, which has been a fundamental aspect of my professional practice.

Catering Specialist Jaywonn Bullard
Dedicated and experienced Culinary/Catering Supervisor with a proven track record in ensuring exceptional food quality and customer service. Skilled in training and supervising teams, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining food safety standards. Gain comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, components, tools, along with wiring and installation for residential and commercial projects.
Mr. Hugh Bass - Logistics and Inventory Specialist
Mr. Bass has a wealth of knowledge and skills in the Trucking and Logistics industries. Just as well as he transports from the US to Canada and Mexico he can make a MEAN drink!
He holds his bartender license since 2015 plus he's a Six Flags Over Georgia original Catering Manager. Our entire team is dedicated to awesome hospitality.
